Combining HIIT-style intervals of walking and running on the treadmill plus strength training leads to the fastest, most direct results. And that's what we're all after, right?
We have a variety of different classes available so you can find the best combination for you and your goals. Not sure which is best to start with? We're here to help. Start with our &Beginners or &Intervals & class, and we will walk you through the rest.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Walk into our doors in the Maple Lawn neighborhood in Howard County, MD and we will walk you through the rest.
Meet Your Coach
We will show you around, give you an overview of class and how to use the equipment. We will ask a little about your workout history and make sure to answer your questions before class starts.
(*Arrive about 15 minutes early the first time, so we have the time to spend with you! All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle, we will take care of the rest.)
Enjoy class, at your pace
You'll spend 20-30 minutes on the treadmill in walking or walk/run intervals, then move to the floor for strength. You'll already be all set up from your overview with the coach before class, so just join in, listen for the coach to tell the class what is to come, and enjoy!
Celebrate those post-class endorphins
You're welcome to hang out after class and stretch, chat with other members or the coach, or enjoy our recovery services. You'll be ready to sign up for your next classes!
