GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: Who is eligible for the Black Friday sale?
A: Everyone! If you're a current member or class pack holder, you may want to read more of this FAQ to learn how one of these purchases may impact your situation. If you have specific questions, feel free to email us to check in.
Q: When is the Black Friday Sale live?
A: These offers are good from Friday 11/24-Monday 11/27
Q: What times are studio classes?
A: All of our updated class times are on our website and our app (available for for Apple and Android).
Q: Are these deals also available to purchase in person?
A: Definitely, Come visit us in the studio and we can help you with the sale. However, the items that have limited numbers are at risk for selling out. So we recommend purchasing online.
MEMBERSHIP DEALS
NEW MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DEALS
Q: When will my membership start?
A: Your monthly membership will not activate until you check in for your first class using the membership. You will pay the first month today, and then your next bill date will be one month after you activate your membership, and monthly after that.
Q: What if I already have a membership?
A: If you are looking to upgrade your current membership with this special, email us to let us know and we will help you with the details.
Q: Do unused monthly membership credits roll over to the next month?
A: No, monthly classes must be used during your monthly billing cycle.
Q: Do the monthly memberships come with guest passes?
A:Our unlimited membership includes one free guest pass per month. All other memberships offer discount credits to your guests.
Q: What are the other benefits of membership?
A: Our members get discounts on all retail, 1:1 coaching services, NormaTec recovery sessions, and early access to events and workshops. We are able to survive as a company thanks to our members, so we make every effort to take care of you!
Q: I currently have a class pack and still have classes left. Will I lose those classes if I begin a monthly membership?
A: No, you won't lose any classes you already paid for, that would be silly. You'll hang onto them in your account and you can either use them to bring friends or guests, or save them for yourself to "top off" your monthly membership.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DEAL
Q: When will my membership start?
A: The annual membership activates on purchase. If you have a special circumstance and need to delay the start of your annual membership, please send us an email to discuss.
Q: What if I already have a membership?
A: If you are on a current membership, you may purchase a pre-paid membership and pause your current membership (ie you will use the discounted membership before finishing your membership contract). Simply purchase the deal, then email us and we will adjust the start date to align with your current membership renewal date.
Q: Does the annual membership include guest passes?
A: No, the annual membership does not include guest passes. However, you may use your discounted member rate to purchase class credits for your guests.
Q: What are the other benefits of membership?
A: Our members get discounts on all retail, 1:1 coaching services, NormaTec recovery sessions, and early access to events and workshops. We are able to survive as a company thanks to our members, so we make every effort to take care of you!
Q: I currently have a class pack and still have classes left. Will I lose those classes if I purchase an annual membership?
A: No, you won't lose any classes you already paid for, that would be silly. You'll hang onto them in your account and you can either use them to bring friends or guests, or save them for yourself to use at the end of your membership term (we will extend the expiration date for you).
Q: What if I am currently on a pre-paid membership?
A: If you still have time left on an existing pre-paid membership and want to purchase this annual membership deal, simply purchase this deal and send us an email. We will delay the start date to begin after your previous membership is complete.
Q: What if I have to pause my membership?
A: We offer a medical suspension with physician written directive up to a maximum of 12 months and a freeze fee of $15/month.
Q: What if I move or have to cancel?
A: First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership for any reason, we can issue a one-time assignment of your membership to a non-member friend or family member, so your deal doesn’t go to waste!
CLASS PACK DEAL
Q: Who is eligible to purchase the MEGA PACK deal?
A: Anyone not on a current &Fitness membership contract may purchase this deal.
Q: Can I share the credits with my friend/neighbor/spouse/mechanic?
A: You can use your credit to book whoever you'd like! If you share a class pack with someone else, whoever purchases it is then the "holder" of those credits and must make the reservations for the other person(s). The holder does not need to attend class with anyone else they've reserved for.
Q: When do the credits expire?
A: One year after purchase.
FIRST TIMER'S DEAL
Q: Who is eligible to purchase the 10 Days for $10 deal?
A: Anyone may purchase this deal for themselves or multiple to give as gifts. Only first-timers (or those returning to the studio after at least one year ) may use the special to book class reservations.
Q: How do I purchase the 10 Days for $10 as a gift for someone else?
A: Purchase the deal like you would anything else, and then send us an email to let us know who this deal is for, and if you'd like a physical gift card to gift the person.
